Xbox 360 Questions and Help?

Hello guys. I was wondering if there was anyone who knew a little something about the Xbox 360 modding process or the RROD. First of all, once I flash my Xbox how can I get the games onto my Xbox? Do I use a flash drive or a CD? If using a CD, will there be one big enough like a 9GB one? And when using a flash drive, do I just plug it in and that is all???? Also, is it possible for an Xbox to never get the RROD or do they all get one? Also, how reliable is the Falcon chip? Is there a Jasper one yet it stores? Someone please help me by answering even just one of these questions.
