Weight lifting supplements I need some help!!?
So, I use to lift a lot more and had a pretty great routine. I was taking BSN products including: Cell m, syntha-6, tru m and nanox9 (The only non BSN product). Anyway I'm trying to get back into weight lifting and I have just read about this stuff called Beta-Alanine. I read it was better than creatine but honestly nobody has a lot of information on it. I would just like to know if I should stick to my old supplements or maybe try something else? does anybody with experience have any good advice? Oh yeah I broke my right arm and had to have surgery on my shoulder so i'm slowly working my way back into it.
