Do I have a problem with my thoughts?

I feel like everything is extremely abstract, mind blowingly abstract. Existence is abstract on any level. I just feel like everything is so strange and infinitely improbable while simultaneously being infinitely probable. I just can't fathom how anything is anything. Everything I see is just overly weird. Everything is a paradox and it blows my mind! Am I crazy?
