The red winged blackbirds that fell from the sky in Arkansas--an act of God...or the Pentagon?

So-called experts are saying it might have been lightning or high altitude hail that killed the birds. Sounds doubtful to me. And they say that this phenomenon has been seen before....but I've been alive more than four decades, am well-informed, but I've never heard of this, ever! Whattya think? Could the Taliban be secretly operating inside Arkansas?
