People with have it on the sperm?

i read so many articles on the web, that confirm the sperm is also infected with HSV., but then i found other web sites that confirm that is not posible to get infected with because doesn't affect bodily fluids. A person can NOT get from another person's blood, sperm, l fluid, urine, etc. affects only skin to skin!!! what to belive?
