Is OCS a "gentlemen's course" now?

I'll be attending U.S. Army OCS in a few months and every officer I talk to keeps telling me it's now a "gentlemen's course." The sort of thing where "back when I took it we wrestled alligators and ate rocks for dinner." I'm just wondering to what extent the gentlemen thing is true and by what degree (compared to what/when)? Anyone who has gone through it recently or been to Benning recently. And really, what does gentlemen's course really even mean?
