Is it worth grabing these free agents?

Due to several managers getting fed up of injuries they have recently dropped reggie bush, steven jackson and willie parker. Is it worthwhile to grab these guys? will they heal in time to be worth fantasy gold? or am I filling my bench with lame ducks that will not do anything until the end of the fantasy season?
