Is it possible to pay for a sportbike by month? or do you have to pay all at once?

Im turning 18 in a couple months so ive been saving up cash. im trying to get to $4000 and then ill see what i can buy, but if i can do monthly payments id rather get somewhat of a nicer one faster. itd be my first bike and i start biker safety in a couple weeks.
