use garnier fructis curl shaping spray gel. spray it on damp hair all over. then put your hair either in french braids (pigtails) or but in a high bun. sleep in it that way. when you wake up, leave it like that. when you are ready to walk out the door, let it down and run your fingers through it. if you want to spray some hairspray to keep it from falling out.
