Dimples piercing?????????

I just got my dimples done I'm using labrets, my right side had the small ball that comes with em but my left cause I lost it has a bigger ball. Now my right side is swelling so bad I wanna take the piercing out but I love it to much. Idk if its infected and I don't wanna go to a dr cause of how I been done in the past. the right side I had to change the ball size cause it made a hole as big as the smaller ball. And its leaking puss (i think, never had an infection.) I have old antibotics but been told if my piercing is not infected not to use it cause my body still treat the perching as an infection and force the piercing out. What do I do? I been using hospital grade soap nd water judy don't know what else to do. Please help.
